Had fun riding bike through the town and then had an amazing experience at the market and learning how to cook. It was great to see how our favourite dishes are made from scratch and also the opportunity to learn how to cook more Vietnamese food. Thank you!!
Fantastic experience! Visited a market and then explored the village gardens. Very personal experience where we learnt to make numerous Vietnamese dishes which were also delicious. Can’t wait to take my new skills home to celebrate with the family. Highly recommend!
So much fun. Enjoyed visiting the vegetable gardens and helping (not much) with hoeing, planting, and watering. Then fun to assemble and cook delicious fresh dishes—rice wraps and salad. And, then to eat. Run by a very fun and knowledgeable chef and his Sous Chef wife. Highly recommend.
Fabulous day experiencing the organic farming plantings and then of course the cooking class which was fantastic. The organisation of this was first class, the cooking class was informative and made it a lot of fun to learn some new skills and make delicious dishes with ease! Highly recommended.
We loved our cooking class experience! Tri and his wife are both so lovely! If you’re looking for a more local experience we would recommend this to anyone thinking of doing a cooking class or wanting to learn more about day to day Vietnamese lifestyle. We got to walk through the local market, visit the local organic farm and have a go at planting our own vegetable sprouts, then we were shown how to make a variety of Vietnamese dishes and then got to sit down and enjoy our creations. Would definitely do this experience again if I come back to Hoi an.
